Fashionable Sweatpants. I’ve been a supporter of this idea every since Alexander Wang and Isabel Marant sent designer sweats down the runway a few years ago. There’s something about a stylish girl strutting across a busy street in heels, a nice blazer and sweat pants that catches my eye. I like the irony of sweatpants being able to create such a memorable and strong outfit. Who said all fashionable things had to be uncomfortable and painful, anyway? Thank god for A Wang and Isabel Marant.

I played into this irony by wearing my favorite harem sweats through upscale Beverly Hills just as the sun was rising a few days ago. It’s such a beautiful area to stroll through before all the streets get flooded with people and pretty cars. Also, I couldn’t help but notice the CELINE store is about to open on Rodeo Drive. This will be dangerous considering I live in the area. Time to move?
